| The properties of rhenium arylimido complexes can be tailored by variation of the residue at the nitrogen atom. In particular, the introduction of functional groups that could stabilize different charge states or enable the stabilization of kinetically trapped reactive intermediates have not been studied extensively, although they hold the potential to unlock the coordination of otherwise inaccessible co-ligands. | |
